Team
We built climate activism into our team's core values in 2022. We attract and retain agents who care about the environment. We provide climate forward resources and Continuing Education to our team. We obtained NAR’s Green designation in 2022, and encourage our agents to do so, as well.
Green Invitation
We commit to inviting other real estate professionals to take action. Individual action is important, but considering the more than 1.46 million real estate agents located in every town, in every state, in one of the largest nations in the world, collective action becomes powerful.
Annual Carbon Offsets
We make up for unavoidable vehicle emissions by annually paying for them to be reduced elsewhere. Carbon offsets are not a substitution for taking action to reduce or eliminate carbon emissions as a business.
CLIENT CLIMATE ROADMAP
Green Starter Kit
We created a platform to educate our clients and local homeowners on clean electricity, energy efficient home improvements, local programs and incentives in 2022.
Targeted Showings
We commit to targeted showings, which lead to fewer clients on the road. We can do this by enhancing listing information, providing video tours and strongly recommending buyer pre-approval prior to showings.
Supply Chain
We commit to purchasing closing gifts for clients from local businesses.
Annual Client Carbon Offsets

All targets are broker-specific, and Catskill Mountain House agents are encouraged but not required to commit to the same.
